Pro: Arts, Music, Night life, Life style.
Con: Cost of Rent and Real Estate. You need to make 6 figures to own a house. The city absorbed a 100 million dollar debt for the olympics. This will probably result in even higher property tax.
Con: Cost of living: groceries, gas, etc.
Con: Frequent rain and overcast.
Con: Asian Invasion. Richmond is more than 50% Asian now.
