Where can I get a nice ART set....?
I use to paint/draw etc. in High School all the time, even when I was at home I would sit for hours and do it. Then I went to college, and started working and haven't done it in almost 4 yrs. I've decided to get back into it, but I need to find a really nice paint set that has everything included (brushes, oils, paints, markers etc.). Does anyone know where I can find this (online)?

I would do what Michael C said and check ebay first. Most of the craft chain stores carry paint sets. Your least expensive and least hassle method is probably getting everything on the net. One thing though, you might want to go to a store and pick and choose rather than buy a pre-selected set, since you kind of already know what you're looking for, and a complete starter set might have a bunch of stuff you don't need.
