Do you like prismacolor pencils?
Hiya!
I like to draw a lot, and I've been using Kimberly watercolor pencils. This girl I know uses prismacolor pencils, and she says she likes them a lot.
Are they worth the price and should I buy some?
I LOVE THEM!
Pros:
-Very professional quality
-Come in many colors (up to 132!)
-Blend easily
Cons:
-Expensive (sometimes more than $1 a pencil)
-Fragile (the pencil's core is very soft, easily broken)
-Depending on what you like to draw, it's likely you'll run out of certain colors faster than others. (White, black, or colorless blender)
I started out with 48 colors, worked my way up to 72, and now I'm about to get the 132 set. (SAVE YOUR $$$)
