Cute, Comfy, Cheap and Classy?
Cute: Stylish clothes
Comfy: Doesn't bug me and doesn't really need touching up every 10 minutes or so
Cheap: Doesn't break my "no clothes over $20 rule"
Classic: No clothes that expose my boobs, expose my stomach, expose my butt,
I want to look well-put together. 
*I have a ruler body shape with some boobs, haha
*I'm skinny
*I have slight curves but would like to accentuate that
* I want to show off my figure

RULER body shape [ small bust, narrow hips, not-so-curvy waist ]:
Tops:
ruffles, nipped waist
halters, cap sleeves
blouson tops
ribbed or banded hems at wide part of hips
nipped waist tailored jackets
Avoid:
tight V-necks
straight across strapless [ try sweetheart ]
plain camis/tanks unless layered under other pieces
Skirts:
top to bottom of knee length
with a little swing to them
pleated, trumpet, flared hem, A-line, poufed
Avoid:
straight cut minis - will make you look boxy instead of curved
Pants/jeans:
skinny or slightly flared
low or high waist [ mid-rise = boxy ]
Dresses:
neckline that accentuates bust [ no straight strapless ]
fuller sleeves, floaty fabrics
halters
anything with details at waist
Avoid:
snug knits
Swimsuits:
halter top, or ruffled top
prints
side ties can make hips look wider
low cut bottoms with high cut legs make more curves
Avoid:
plain black one piece
PS: no clothes over $20? Really? You are going to hunt through a lot of sale racks, and sort out tons of poor quality clothes.
